The conference of research about the fig which is the special product of Kawanishi started by Kawanishi city and JA Kawanishi (agricultural cooperative) in 1993, and the fig wine was developed and manufactured. The fig wine is a light amber colored white wine. Women enjoy its slight sweetness.
This fig wine was named The Morning Dew Drops by citizens in 1994. It is on sale at wine shops and the agricultural cooperative in Kawanishi.
